Meet Charles Eugster. Charles had spent his career as a dentist and at the age of 85 decided that he wasn't pleased with his physical health so he began a fitness program.

Charles then went on to compete in Masters competitions and won many awards in multiple sports.

In the following video, Charles shares his philosophy on the need for all of us to keep our muscle strength strong and to always keep moving. As he shares;

"Old age is one of the most wonderful, stupendous parts of one's life. Life is a wonderful gift and it's never over until it's over."

Charles has since passed, but his message and legacy still serve as an inspiration.
