What is 94 year old Lew Hollander's secret to aging well? It's pretty simple. It's a simple case of move it or lose it.

Lew's athletic achievements are nothing but impressive. He completed a number of Ironman competitions after the age of 80, over 100 marathons and ultra marathons, too many triathlons to count and even won in long distance horse racing. This man doesn't seem to sit still.

And for good reason.

He plans to live until he is 120 years old and in order to do this, he says, "If you want to get to 120, you got to get your ass out and go."

Hopefully Lew will inspire you to get moving. He certainly doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon.
