Pushing Your Limits As You Age

What do you love to do that keeps you both physically and socially active?

Here is a wonderful story of some women all over the age of 50 who fondly call themselves "The Buckettes". Everyday - come rain or shine - they head for the ocean and swim. Not only does this help them stay active, it also helps them to build and maintain friendships as well.

A particularly inspiring story within this story is how one of their members really pushed herself beyond her limits. Mina taught herself at the age of 60 to not only swim by watching YouTube videos but also ride a bike. She is now one of the group's very active members.

So when was the last time you pushed your limits and tried something new? Maybe the Bukettes and Mina's story will inspire you!
