At age 73, Joan MacDonald has lost 65 lbs and also gained muscle mass over a three year period and is now an inspiration to many.

The following video shares more about Joan and her inspirational story. It just goes to show you it’s never to late to get in better physical shape and as Joan says on her Instagram account – "You can’t turn back the clock but you can wind it up again!".
