100 Year Old Dr. Howard Tucker - "Retirement is the Enemy of Longevity"

Dr. Howard Tucker is 100 years old and is still a practicing neurologist. He has been named the world's longest working physician and has no plans to retire anytime soon.

He is so dedicated to his profession, that he was even sneaking out of his home during the pandemic to help save lives.

Dr. Tucker also busts some old stereotypes that older people are fearful of technology. He actively wants to learn and use technology and through a collaboration with his grandson has become a TikTok sensation amassing over 26 million views.

So what are some of his secrets to longevity?

"Genetics is a good start"

"Everything in moderation - except no cigarette smoking"

"Retirement is the enemy of longevity"

"Enjoy each day as if you would die tomorrow"

As much as Dr. Tucker is focused on his profession, the thing that he is most proud of is his family. He has been married for 65 years and has four children and ten grandchildren.

What an inspiration and testament for having purpose, passion for learning and love in your life for longevity!
