#1: Longevity Lifestyle by Design – The Book

This year on our website, the book Longevity Lifestyle by Design was made available to download for free. And it was definitely downloaded!

The book, written by Mike Drak with contributions from a number of different experts in the longevity industry, take people on a personal journey of discovery and helps them to think and plan what they would like to do in their retirement.

A worksheet was also developed to support people as they read the book and develop their own personal longevity lifestyle design.

This was a gift that we wanted to give to make sure everyone had access to this valuable information.
