Have you ever thought of trying something new but were afraid of trying? Maybe Catherine Kuehn's story may inspire you.

Catherine only started weightlifting in her 80's after being diagnosed with osteopenia. The rest as they say, is history.

Catherine soon found herself competing in weightlifting competitions and winning. As she shares, this was partly due to the fact at her age there was not much competition. But Catherine is paving the path for more to come.
